In order to carry out our mission Elkhart County Pheasants Forever is making available a five hundred dollar ($500.00) scholarship for a college bound student from Elkhart County.

Application Requirements:

1.Applicants should have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. (Copy of current transcript must accompany the application)

2.Complete the information and questions located on this application

3.All applications must be postmarked by May 16, 2011 and sent to:
